PACS Data Protection Officer has established procedures to effectively detect, report and investigate personal breaches.


In extreme circumstances where PACS become aware of a breach of your personal data, we will notify you and where required the ICO. Our Data Protection Officer will complete an investigation into the breach and take what ever action is required to ensure the vulnerability is addressed.
