PACS-TOOLS was developed as a direct result of our experience of delivering consultancy assignments in the corporate real estate and facilities industry. Many of these assignments needed to capture vast volumes of data quickly and use advanced analytics to make recommendations to senior executives to improve portfolio, organisation or service performance. Originally built in 2007 the tools now have ten fully integrated modules as part of our IWMS with bespoke workflow processes to breakdown the barriers of the tradition organisational silo's (real estate, project management, facilities management, financial management, supply chain management, etc.) and encourage ownership of key processes to deliver better results for the core business.
To support some of our global clients PACS-TOOLS was set up as a separate Limited company in 2012 and we have continued to build on our success. PACS-TOOLS has now established an enviable list of blue chip clients and we continue to develop our IWMS to disrupt our industries legacy technologies and transform our clients operating model.
